We are looking for a result-oriented Inside Sales Executive responsible for lead generation,
cold calling, and driving conversions. The role also involves representing the company at
events, managing walk-in prospects, and ensuring strong follow-ups to maximize revenue
opportunities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Generate leads through cold calling, databases, referrals, and campaigns
- Qualify and nurture leads through structured follow-ups
- Convert prospects into customers through consultative selling
- Manage CRM updates, sales tracking, and reporting
- Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and promotional activities
- Handle walk-in and event-based inquiries and drive conversions
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for campaign execution
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- EdTech sales experience is mandatory
- Strong cold calling and objection-handling skills
- Excellent communication and persuasion abilities
- Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up discipline
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
