Role Description
We’re looking for a driven inside salesto help grow our SaaS business by identifying, engaging, and converting potential customers. You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and customer success to qualify leads, run product demos, and close deals—all through remote channels (phone, email, video).
Key Responsibilities
Qualify inbound and outbound leads using calls, emails, and LinkedIn
Understand customer pain points and map them to our SaaS solutions
Conduct product demos and sales presentations via video calls
Manage the full sales cycle (or hand off to Account Executives, depending on role level)
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Stay updated on product features, pricing, and competitive landscape
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable selling via phone, email, and video
Experience using CRM and sales tools
Ability to explain technical concepts in simple business terms
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications
- 0 to 10 years of exp
- Strong expertise in Inside Sales and Sales-related processes
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Customer Service
- Excellent Communication skills tailored to client interactions
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively
- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus
