Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Indore for an Inside Sales Executive. The responsibilities include engaging with prospective students to understand their educational needs and offering appropriate course recommendations. Other tasks include generating leads, following up on inquiries, nurturing customer relationships, guiding students through the enrollment process, and collaborating with the team's sales strategies. The role requires proactive communication skills to achieve targets and deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in managing Sales processes and achieving targets
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients
- Proficient in working collaboratively within a team to meet sales objectives
- Working knowledge of EdTech or education-related services is a plus
- Resilience, result-oriented mindset, and strong problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field
