- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable academic options.
- Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and messages to ensure maximum conversion.
- Guide and convince prospects to complete the admission process.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrolment process.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM handling preferred)
- Ability to handle multiple leads efficiently
