Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, following up with potential customers, explaining Oliveboard’s offerings, and guiding them through the sales process. Additionally, the role involves addressing customer questions, handling inquiries, and maintaining positive relationships to drive customer satisfaction and meet sales targets.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify and engage prospective customers effectively
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to manage interactions, address inquiries, and build long-lasting customer relationships
- Proven Sales experience and ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales management platforms
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to sales and client acquisition
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in EdTech or similar industries is a plus
