We are looking for a result-driven Inside Sales Executive with experience in HRMS / HR Tech SaaS sales, preferably with Darwinbox. If you are passionate about selling innovative HR technology solutions and enjoy engaging with HR leaders and decision-makers, this opportunity is for you.
πΉ Key Responsibilities:
β’ Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and inbound leads
β’ Promote and sell Darwinbox HRMS solutions to HR Heads, CHROs, and business leaders
β’ Understand client HR needs across payroll, attendance, performance management, recruitment, and employee lifecycle management
β’ Conduct product demos and virtual presentations
β’ Manage the end-to-end inside sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
β’ Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
β’ Work closely with pre-sales and implementation teams for smooth onboarding
πΉ Required Skills:
β 3+ years of Inside Sales / SaaS / HRMS Sales experience
β Experience selling Darwinbox HRMS (preferred)
β Strong B2B sales experience with HR decision-makers
β Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
β Experience using CRM tools and managing sales pipelines
β Preferred Experience:
Experience with HRMS platforms such as Zoho People, Keka, GreytHR, SAP SuccessFactors, or Workday.
