πŸ“ Location: Remote

We are looking for a result-driven Inside Sales Executive with experience in HRMS / HR Tech SaaS sales, preferably with Darwinbox. If you are passionate about selling innovative HR technology solutions and enjoy engaging with HR leaders and decision-makers, this opportunity is for you.

πŸ”Ή Key Responsibilities:

β€’ Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and inbound leads

β€’ Promote and sell Darwinbox HRMS solutions to HR Heads, CHROs, and business leaders

β€’ Understand client HR needs across payroll, attendance, performance management, recruitment, and employee lifecycle management

β€’ Conduct product demos and virtual presentations

β€’ Manage the end-to-end inside sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure

β€’ Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly targets

β€’ Work closely with pre-sales and implementation teams for smooth onboarding

πŸ”Ή Required Skills:

βœ” 3+ years of Inside Sales / SaaS / HRMS Sales experience

βœ” Experience selling Darwinbox HRMS (preferred)

βœ” Strong B2B sales experience with HR decision-makers

βœ” Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

βœ” Experience using CRM tools and managing sales pipelines

⭐ Preferred Experience:

Experience with HRMS platforms such as Zoho People, Keka, GreytHR, SAP SuccessFactors, or Workday.
