Role Overview - NPrep is hiring Counsellors , who will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and converting leads into enrollments/sales through calls and follow-ups. This role requires strong communication skills, customer handling ability, and a target-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
• Engage with prospective students via calls and WhatsApp.
• Identify student needs and recommend suitable courses.
• Handle follow-ups and convert leads into enrollments.
• Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Fresh graduates from any discipline (0–1 year experience).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good listening skills and problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
