Company Description
NPrep is hiring Counsellors , who will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and converting leads into enrollments/sales through calls and follow-ups. This role requires strong communication skills, customer handling ability, and a target-driven mindset.
Role Description
1. Engage with prospective students via calls and WhatsApp.
2. Identify student needs and recommend suitable courses.
3. Handle follow-ups and convert leads into enrollments.
4. Meet weekly and monthly onthly sales targets.
Qualifications
Fresh graduates from any discipline (0–1 year experience).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good listening skills and problem-solving attitude.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Proficiency in Insidto identify and convert potential customers
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their requirements
Experience in Sales with the ability to meet targets and contribute to revenue growth
Capable of building positive relationships with clients and working collaboratively within a team environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
Action-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
