Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area for an Inside Sales Executive. Key responsibilities include managing lead generation, creating sales opportunities, and building relationships with clients using effective communication strategies. The role involves understanding customer needs, delivering excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets while contributing to the company’s growth goals.
- Qualifications
- Should have 1-2 years of Experience in Lead Generation and Cold calling.
- Should have strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Should have Experience in TeleSales, Telemarketing, B2B Sales, B2C Sales.
- Inside Sales and Sales: Strong understanding of sales processes, customer engagement, and proven ability to meet sales targets and drive business growth.
- Lead Generation: Ability to identify and qualify potential customers through research and outreach efforts.
- Communication and Customer Service: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage, support, and build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Additional qualifications: A proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a results-oriented mindset. Previous experience in sales or a related field is an advantage, and a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant discipline is preferred.
