Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Associate to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of guiding clients through their immigration journey, providing personalized support, and driving sales growth through strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
● Advise clients on immigration services via phone, email, and in-person consultations.
● Stay updated on immigration laws and visa requirements to provide accurate guidance.
● Assess client profiles and deliver honest, helpful feedback on their opportunities.
● Meet sales targets by developing strategies and converting leads into signed contracts.
● Support clients throughout their journey, from document collection to application submission.
● Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies and content to attract new clients.
● Share knowledge and best practices with team members to continuously improve sales outcomes.
What Were Looking For
● Bachelors degree in Travel & Tourism, Law, International Relations, or a related field.
● 1 to 3 years of experience in immigration consulting, inside sales, or related roles (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply).
● Strong knowledge of immigration processes and country-specific requirements.
● Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information. ● A customer- focused, sales-driven mindset with attention to detail.
● Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
● Fluency in English (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage).
