We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to engage with prospective learners and drive enrollments for our training and certification programs. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to understand professional learning needs and guide prospects toward suitable programs.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp communication.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective participants and maintain consistent engagement.
- Understand the professional goals and learning requirements of prospects to recommend relevant programs and certifications.
- Conduct counseling sessions, product walkthroughs, or program demonstrations when required.
- Drive program registrations and achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
- Maintain accurate lead updates, follow-up records, and sales activity tracking through CRM systems or Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and participant communication.
- Gather and share prospect feedback to help improve sales pitches, scripts, and marketing communication.
- Participate in sales meetings, strategy discussions, and team reviews to contribute toward overall business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, academic counseling, edtech sales, or program advisory roles preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable handling targets and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Google Sheets, and sales tracking processes.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
