§ Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
§ Sales Research: Perform thorough research to identify potential clients, understand their needs, and tailor sales strategies accordingly.
§ Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-ups.
§ Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
§ Pipeline Management: Manage and update the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate forecasting.
§ Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
§ Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
Requirements
§ Experience: 4 years of experience in tech sales, particularly in outbound calling. (US Market)
§ Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients effectively.
§ Research Skills: Strong research abilities to identify and analyse potential sales opportunities.
§ Should understand tools and solutions such as CRM, ERP, Custom development.
