Role Overview
We are looking for a smart, energetic Inside Sales Executive to handle customer inquiries generated through Meta / Instagram & Whatsapp ads.
Customers message us first on WhatsApp to know about our products and wellness solutions. Your role is to understand customer needs, answer questions, build trust, and convert inquiries into sales through chat and occasional calls.
Key Responsibilities
- She will Handle incoming WhatsApp leads quickly and professionally
- She needs to Explain products, pricing, benefits, and offers clearly
- She should Understand customer goals, concerns, and objections
- She should Recommend suitable supplements / wellness products based on needs
- She needs to Convert inquiries into successful sales
- She needs to Follow up with warm leads who showed interest
- She needs to Maintain lead tracker / CRM records
- She should Coordinate with operations team after order confirmation
Ideal Candidate - She should have the following:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
- Strong sales mindset and persuasive ability
- Comfortable with WhatsApp Business, Excel, and basic CRM tools
- Fast typing and confident chat-based communication
- Prior experience in inside sales / chat sales / customer conversion preferred
- Interest in nutrition, wellness, supplements, and healthy lifestyle is a strong plus
- Positive attitude and target-driven mindset
Compensation
Fixed salary + attractive incentives based on conversions.
