Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Inside Sales Executive. The Inside Sales Executive will handle daily responsibilities that include lead generation, client outreach, building customer relationships, driving sales, and providing exceptional customer service. The role requires proactive communication to engage prospects, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions. Collaboration with internal teams to achieve sales targets is also expected.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation esp in SaaS / Software industry, with an ability to identify and convert prospective leads
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage and build rapport with clients
- Experience in Sales, with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth
- Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Previous sales experience in recruitment or service industries is a plus
