🚀 We Are Hiring – Inside Sales Executive

🔹 Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive who can handle lead calling, convert prospects into business opportunities, and maintain proper CRM updates. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a sales-driven mindset.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
→ Handle inbound and outbound calls on provided leads
→ Convert potential leads into business opportunities
→ Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects
→ Update and manage all lead data in CRM
→ Ensure daily calling targets of 70–100 calls are achieved
→ Build strong client relationships and understand their requirements
🔹 Requirements
→ Good communication and convincing skills
→ Basic understanding of CRM tools
→ Sales-oriented mindset with a target-driven approach
→ Prior experience in calling/sales is preferred
