Role Overview:
Responsible for handling inbound/outbound sales, customer engagement, and order conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and email
* Promote diagnostic consumables and equipment
* Generate leads and convert them into orders
* Maintain client relationships with labs, hospitals, and distributors
* Prepare quotations and follow up for closures
Requirements:
* Good communication and negotiation skills
* Basic knowledge of sales (healthcare background is a plus)
* Comfortable with CRM/Excel
