Role Description:
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to join our admissions and sales team. This role is focused on converting inquiries into enrollments by engaging prospective students, understanding their career goals, and recommending the right training programs.
Key responsibilities include contacting leads, counselling prospective students, handling inbound and outbound inquiries, maintaining follow-ups, and achieving monthly sales targets.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai / Navi Mumbai.
KPIs:
• Dialing 150+ calls daily
• 50-60 connected calls daily
• Minimum 2 center visits per day
• Meet weekly and monthly walk-ins target
• Maintaining Talk Time : 2.5hours a day
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, Cold Calling, Counselling, or Lead Generation
- Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
- Good sales mindset with consultative selling approach
- Organized and able to manage multiple leads efficiently
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
- Prior experience in education / training industry preferred
- Interest in digital marketing is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
