Masrap Technologies Pvt Ltd (R&D and Product Innovation arm of of ESCO Group, Australia) is seeking an experienced Internal Sales Support Executive to work closely with our Australia-based Business Development Managers.
This is a structured, high-accountability, non-voice role requiring strong CRM expertise, advanced Excel skills, and experience supporting international B2B sales operations.
We are looking for professionals who can independently manage sales coordination, tender tracking, CRM governance, and structured reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end quote follow-ups via professional email communication
- Maintain and govern Salesforce CRM with high data accuracy
- Track and manage tenders and opportunities (EstimateOne exposure preferred)
- Coordinate with international BDMs for pricing, technical inputs, and documentation
- Generate structured Excel reports, dashboards, and opportunity trackers
- Ensure strict adherence to timelines (10-day quotation cycles, follow-up discipline)
- Maintain clean documentation and sales pipeline visibility
Mandatory Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in Sales Support / Sales Operations / CRM Management
- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce (mandatory)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards, reporting)
- Experience handling international B2B clients (preferred Australia/UK/US exposure)
- Excellent written English aligned with international business standards
- Strong process orientation and data governance mindset
