Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Inside Sales Executive based in Pune City, with partial work-from-home flexibility. The Inside Sales Executive will focus on lead generation, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales initiatives. Daily responsibilities include identifying prospective customers, conducting outreach, providing information on product offerings, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and effective sales execution.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Experience in Lead Generation processes and identifying potential clients
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
- Knowledge and expertise in Sales techniques, including negotiation and closing strategies
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
- Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
