About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive who can handle customer inquiries, generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into sales. The candidate should possess strong communication skills, customer handling ability, and a passion for achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally.
- Explain products/services to customers and generate interest.
- Follow up on leads received from digital platforms, exhibitions, and campaigns.
- Maintain customer data and update CRM regularly.
- Coordinate with field sales and other departments for order closure.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion goals.
- Resolve customer queries and provide excellent customer support.
- Prepare daily sales reports and follow-up trackers.
Requirements
Eligibility & Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
- Knowledge of solar industry/products will be an added advantage.
- Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and lead management.
