Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive, based in Noida. In this position, you will be responsible for generating and converting leads into enrollments by effectively communicating and promoting our educational services. Your tasks will include managing inbound and outbound calls, understanding the needs of prospective students, providing expert guidance on suitable courses, and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Inside Sales and proficiency in Lead Generation techniques
- Strong Communication skills and the ability to articulate information clearly
- Excellent Customer Service skills with a focus on fostering long-term client relationships
- Sales experience, particularly in education or related fields, is highly advantageous
- A proactive and results-driven mindset with an ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
- Experience in the education sector or counseling is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer literacy is beneficial
