Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for an Inside Sales Executive. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, engaging with potential students, and promoting LearningShala's educational services. Day-to-day tasks include following up on leads, understanding client needs, guiding students through available educational options, and achieving sales targets. The role requires excellent communication, customer service, and sales-driven attitude, with a strong focus on building relationships and delivering exceptional support.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficient in Sales strategies, with a track record of achieving targets
- Excellent ability to build relationships and engage with diverse students
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
- Understanding of the higher education sector or related experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field
