Vedia Solutions – A Division of Laxmi Dental Limited is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executives to join our team at Andheri, Mumbai.
🔹 Position: Inside Sales Executive
🔹 Location: Andheri, Mumbai
🔹 Experience: 1–5 Years
🔹 Open Positions: 3
🔹 Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2 Saturdays off per month)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with international clients.
- Communicate with customers through calls, emails and chats.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospects and convert them into business opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate order processing.
- Maintain customer records and sales updates in CRM.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
Candidate Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Good convincing, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Candidates with experience in Inside Sales, International Sales or Customer Support are preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome!
