Job Title: Inside Sales Executive – Customer Success Focused

Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Inside Sales Executive who can qualify inbound leads, understand customer requirements, explain our product solutions clearly, and convert them into first orders.This role is less about aggressive selling and more about understanding use-cases, building trust, and ensuring customer success from Day 1.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Qualification
- Respond to inbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, website, referrals)
- Understand customer profile (architect, contractor, dealer, etc.)
- Assess requirement, urgency, project stage, and potential value
- Prioritize high-intent opportunities
2. Solution Explanation
- Clearly explain product features, grades, pricing logic, and use-cases
- Educate customers on product suitability
- Address technical and commercial queries confidently
- Position the brand as a reliable and professional partner
3. First Order Conversion
- Follow up consistently to close first transaction
- Coordinate with operations for stock availability and dispatch timlines
- Ensure smooth onboarding and billing process
4. Customer Success Focus
- Ensure customer’s first experience is smooth and reliable
- Take feedback post-delivery
- Coordinate internally for issue resolution
- Build long-term relationship for repeat orders
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills (Hindi + English; regional language is a plus)
- Ability to understand technical product details
- Good listening and probing skills
- Structured follow-up discipline
- Comfortable in working with Computer Systems
- 1–5 years of experience in inside sales / tele-sales / customer success
- Process-oriented and detail-focused
