Job Title: Inside Sales Executive / Business Development Representative (BDR)
Location: Guindy, Chennai – Hybrid (Half-day Office + Remote)
Experience: 3–7 Years
Shift: US / Canada Time Zone Overlap (Evening Shift)
Timing: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Inside Sales Executive / Business Development Representative (BDR) to convert marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) into qualified meetings and early-stage opportunities. The role requires strong follow-up discipline, structured outreach, and close collaboration with marketing and sales teams to maintain a healthy pipeline.
This position follows a hybrid work model, where employees work half a day from the office in Guindy and continue work remotely, ensuring good overlap with US/Canada time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), qualify prospects, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Execute structured outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and calls using approved messaging.
- Maintain detailed opportunity notes, next steps, and outcomes in Zoho CRM.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion through a continuous feedback loop.
- Track and support reporting on:
- Meetings booked
- Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) created
- Conversion rates
- Outreach cadence adherence
- Ensure consistent follow-through and pipeline discipline.
Required Experience & Skills
- 3–7 years of experience in Inside Sales / BDR roles within B2B services (IT services / technology preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting generation and lead qualification with measurable metrics.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills, especially when engaging international clients.
- Comfortable working with US / Canada time zone overlap.
- Experience maintaining and managing pipelines in Zoho CRM (preferred); Salesforce or HubSpot experience is also acceptable.
- Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline and CRM hygiene.
- Incentive-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
Work Model & Additional Details
- Work Location: Guindy, Chennai
- Hybrid Model: Half-day work from office followed by remote work
- Shift Timing: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Flexibility: Timings may be adjusted based on the previous day’s extended work hours
- Cab Facility: Provided depending on the day’s work schedule
