🧑💼 Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Executive to drive franchise sales (B2B) in the preschool segment. The role involves engaging with potential partners, understanding their requirements, and converting leads into successful franchise closures.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound leads for preschool franchise sales
- Explain business models and franchise opportunities to prospects
- Conduct calls, virtual meetings, and follow-ups with potential clients
- Maintain strong pipeline and achieve monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective franchise partners
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
🎯 Requirements
- Experience in Inside Sales / B2B Sales / Franchise Sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Basic understanding of preschool/education industry is a plus
