Job description:
Title /Sales Executive – SVF Product
Department: Sales & Business Development
Location: Indore
Salary Range:-15k to 20k
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell SVF (healthcare/advanced therapy) products. The role involves inside sales, lead generation (outreach), and deal closure, requiring strong communication, follow-up, and conversion skills.
Key Responsibilities:Inside Sales:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential clients/patients
- Explain SVF product/services and address queries effectively
- Maintain and update leads in CRM systems
- Follow up with interested prospects and nurture leads
Outreach (Lead Generation):
- Identify and connect with potential clients through calls,
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling and digital outreach
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects
- Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns and lead flow
Closer (Sales Conversion):
- Conduct detailed consultations and product presentations
- Understand client/patient needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate / Pursuing Graduation (MBA/BBA preferred for Intern role)
- Experience in sales/inside sales (preferred for Executive role)
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with calling and client interaction
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
- Healthcare or therapy sales experience is an added advantage
