Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal for an Inside Sales Executive. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, managing customer relationships, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. Additional day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining sales records, preparing reports, coordinating with the sales team, and achieving set targets through effective communication and sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Inside Sales, including lead generation and lead nurturing.
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in Sales techniques, including upselling and negotiation, to achieve targets and drive revenue.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to customer demands.
