Type: Full-Time, On-Site
What You’ll Be Doing:- 📞 Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services
- 💬 Engage with leads through calls, emails, and follow-up messages
- 📅 Schedule meetings and assist the sales team in day-to-day coordination
- 🔍 Generate leads and support in cold calling campaigns
- 📈 Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and CRM entries
- 📢 Promote our IT and software services to prospective customers
- 🗣️ Collect and relay customer feedback for service improvement
What We’re Looking For:- ✅ Minimum 1 year of telecalling or client-facing experience
- 🗣️ Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- 🎯 Proven ability in lead generation and cold calling
- 💻 Experience in outbound sales, IT, SaaS, or e-commerce is a plus
- 📍 Must be based in or able to commute to Ghatkopar East, Mumbai
