Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida for an Inside Sales Executive. The role involves identifying and generating leads, engaging with potential customers, maintaining customer relationships, and successfully closing sales. The Inside Sales Executive will also collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation strategies
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Sales techniques with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Experience in battery solutions, electronics, or renewable energy industries is an advantage
