Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive at our Bengaluru South location. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for lead generation, nurturing client relationships, and effectively communicating the value of our services to prospective customers. The role will involve understanding customer needs, delivering excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the sales team to drive growth and contribute to organizational success.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and convert potential customers
- Excellent Communication skills to relay product information and build strong client relationships
- Customer Service expertise to address client needs and ensure satisfaction
- Sales skills to achieve targets and drive revenue growth
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Proactive mindset and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience in the education or technology sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- English+Any South Indian language must
