Role Description
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru South. The individual in this role will be responsible for lead generation, driving customer engagement, and converting prospects into clients. Day-to-day tasks include understanding customer needs, delivering personalized solutions, maintaining relationships with leads, and achieving sales targets. The role requires consistent collaboration with team members and effective communication with potential stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and pursue potential clients effectively.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Experience in Sales, with the ability to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- A goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the education or ed-tech sector is advantageous.
