Inside Sales Executive (B2B – Cold Calling & Lead Generation) | MumbaiFull-time | HYNT

Role OverviewWe’re looking for a driven and energetic Inside Sales Executive to support HYNT’s growth by initiating conversations with potential partners and generating qualified leads.
This role focuses on cold calling, lead qualification, and setting up meetings for the Business Development team. It’s a great opportunity to get hands-on experience in B2B sales within a fast-growing startup.
Key Responsibilities- Make outbound cold calls to:
- Interior Designers
- Architects
- Furniture & Décor Vendors
- Event & Styling Professionals
- Introduce HYNT and generate interest among potential partners
- Qualify leads based on:
- Business profile
- Requirements
- Growth intent
- Schedule meetings/demos for the Business Development team
- Maintain and update CRM with call outcomes, follow-ups, and lead status
- Follow up with prospects via calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Consistently meet daily/weekly targets (calls, connects, meetings booked)
- Work closely with the BD team to improve lead quality and conversions
What Makes You a Great Fit- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales / telecalling / lead generation / B2B calling
- Strong communication skills (Hindi + English required)
- Confident and comfortable with cold calling and handling rejections
- Ability to build quick rapport over calls
- Target-driven with a high-energy, hustle mindset
- Organized and disciplined with follow-ups
