We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Tele Sales Executive / Inside Sales Executive for our Regional Office - New Town- Kolkata to handle digital leads, conduct structured customer conversations, perform effective follow-ups, and convert leads into business through systematic CRM management.
Role & responsibilities
- Call new leads within 5- 10 minutes
- Understand customer requirement
- Maintain structured conversation flow
- Schedule store visits
- Perform regular follow-ups
- Update CRM system daily
- Track and convert high-potential leads
- Coordinate with branch sales team
- Maintain lead ownership till closure
Preferred candidate profile
- 1- 3 years experience in:
- Tele-sales
- Inside sales
- CRM handling
- Lead conversion
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working with targets
- computer & CRM knowledge
- Strong persuasion ability
- Objection handling skills
- Follow-up discipline
- Emotional intelligence
- Confident speaking tone
- Target oriented mindset
Remuneration:
2.20 Lakhs to 4.00 Lakhs.
