Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Inside Sales Executive. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new leads, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets through virtual means. Daily tasks include reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, offering tailored solutions, and maintaining superior customer service to build long-term partnerships. This role also involves collaborating with internal teams to optimize sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Sales skills with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in the recruitment or job placement industry is an advantage
