Job Title - Inside Sales Executive
Department - Sales & Business Development

Reporting To - Business Head / COO
Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client interactions, closing business opportunities, and ensuring long-term customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Reach out to prospective clients through calls, emails, meetings, and online platforms.
- Convert leads into successful business opportunities.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Sales Management
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare sales plans and execute strategies for revenue growth.
- Conduct client presentations and service demonstrations.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals effectively.
- Follow up regularly to improve conversion rates.
Client Relationship Management
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable service solutions.
- Maintain strong customer engagement throughout the sales cycle.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Resolve client concerns and provide timely support.
Coordination
- Work closely with internal teams for proposal preparation and project coordination.
- Coordinate with operations, finance, and delivery teams.
- Ensure proper documentation of sales processes.
Reporting
- Maintain CRM updates.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track business opportunities and sales performance.
- Maintain records of client communication and business closures.
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree / master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
- Experience in B2B sales will be preferred.
