Role Description
As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in engaging potential customers and driving sales growth. Your responsibilities will include reaching out to prospective clients via calls and emails, understanding their needs, and offering tailored service solutions. You will contribute to developing sales strategies, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role located in India, requiring active involvement in the fast-paced operations of our team.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sales, business development, and client relationship management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to deliver presentations and demonstrate services persuasively
- Basic knowledge of motorcycles and scooters, or passion for two-wheelers, is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales techniques
- Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work on-site
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in sales, especially B2C, is an added advantage
