Job Location: Remote
Shift Timings: 6 PM to 3 AM IST
Key Responsibilities
· Generate qualified leads for SAP consulting, implementation, and support services in the US geography through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and other Outbound methods.
· Identify and connect with decision-makers such as CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, and
· Procurement Heads across industries including Manufacturing, Retail, BFSI, Pharma, and Professional Services.
· Research and maintain a comprehensive database of prospective clients using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Apollo.io.
· Initiate conversations to understand client needs related to SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business One, and SAP cloud solutions, and qualify prospects for the sales team.
· Coordinate with the business development and delivery teams to align lead generation efforts with organizational goals.
· Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
· Achieve or exceed monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
· Work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns and events targeted at the SAP customer segment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· 2–3 years of experience in inside sales or lead generation for SAP or enterprise IT solutions (US or international markets preferred).
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
· Strong research and prospecting skills using LinkedIn and other databases.
· Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
· Prior experience in B2B IT services or ERP sales is highly preferred.
· 2–3 years of proven experience in inside sales or lead generation for IT staffing or B2B
· technology services (preferably targeting the US market).
· Strong understanding of the IT staffing ecosystem – roles, technologies, hiring models
· (contract, contract-to-hire, full-time).
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional
· approach.
· Experience working with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Hunter.io, or similar tools.
· Ability to work in US time zones and handle follow-ups independently.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in lead generation for remote/offshore IT staffing services.
· Knowledge of commonly hired IT roles (Developers, QA,Java,Ai, DevOps, Cloud Engineers,etc.).
