Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive located in Guwahati. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with potential customers, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include identifying sales opportunities, reaching out to potential clients, following up on leads, and closing sales. The role also involves maintaining customer relationships and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven Sales abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in the education sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
