Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role only for an Inside Sales Executive, located in Andheri East, Mumbai. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential customers, and converting leads into clients. The role includes maintaining strong communication, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the sales team in meeting performance goals. The candidate will develop a thorough understanding of Docterz's solutions and use their expertise to educate and guide prospective clients throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with a proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to build and maintain strong relationships
- Strong understanding of Sales processes and techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, on-site environment
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the healthcare industry or familiarity with technology solutions for medical professionals is an advantage
- Goal-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills
