We are hiring an Inside Sales Executive to drive top-of-funnel growth through proactive outbound outreach. This role is ideal for someone with a hunter mindset, strong communication skills, and the discipline to consistently generate opportunities.
You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying B2B prospects, and converting them into meetings for our field sales team.
Key Responsibilites-
- Make 50+ outbound calls daily to qualified B2B prospects
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and move them into the pipeline
- Schedule meetings and demos for the field sales team
- Maintain accurate and timely updates in CRM systems
- Track and report weekly performance, including lead generation and call analytics
KPI-
- Minimum 50 calls per day (consistent performance)
- Generate qualified leads weekly
- Same-day CRM updates for all interactions
- Maintain 20%+ meeting conversion rate
- Achieve monthly pipeline value targets
Qualifications-
- Graduate (any discipline)
- 1–3 years of B2B inside sales experience
- Experience with CRM tools like Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce
- Strong verbal communication in English & Hindi
