🔑 Role Overview
As an Inside Sales Executive, you’ll manage and grow direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales, engage with prospective customers, understand their needs, and guide them toward the right solutions. You’ll work closely with marketing, operations, and other teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Engage customers via calls, WhatsApp, email & social media
• Manage leads, follow-ups, and customer contracts
• Provide consultations at clinics or through home visits
• Analyse sales data and improve conversion strategies
• Cold calling and outbound email outreach
• Recommend suitable products based on customer needs
✅ Requirements
✔ Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
✔ Minimum 1 year experience in B2C / inbound D2C sales
✔ Startup, healthcare, or clinical sales experience preferred
✔ Fluent in English, Hindi & regional language
✔ Comfortable with CRM tools and digital platforms
✔ Own laptop & internet connection
✔ EdTech or call centre sales background is a plus
✔ P&O certification is a strong advantage
