In this role, you will engage with prospective learners, understand their career aspirations, and guide them in choosing the right educational programs. Roles & Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential learners through calls and online channels.
- Understand student needs and suggest relevant courses or training programs.
- Clearly communicate program features, benefits, and career outcomes.
- Follow up regularly to convert leads into enrollments.
- Achieve assigned sales and enrollment targets.
- Maintain accurate data and update lead status in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in Life Sciences or Engineering (mandatory).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in any South Indian language (Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam) or Marathi is required.
- Interest in inside sales, counseling, or customer-facing roles.
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
- Basic computer knowledge; training will be provided.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
