Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Inside Sales Executive responsible for counseling prospective students, driving enrollments, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students
* Counsel students on courses (Clinical Research, PV, CDM, etc.)
* Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs
* Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns
* Convert leads into enrollments and achieve monthly targets
* Maintain data in CRM and track student interactions
* Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and lead flow
* Provide accurate information on courses, fees, and career opportunities
Key Skills Required
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong convincing and negotiation ability
* Target-oriented and self-motivated
* Basic knowledge of sales/telecalling
* Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Qualification
* Graduate in any field (Life Sciences preferred)
* MBA/PGDM (optional but preferred)
