Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive based in Pune City. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, proactively engaging with potential stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service, and converting leads into long-term clients. Key duties include identifying opportunities, maintaining sales records, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales with strong skills in lead generation and client acquisition
- Excellent verbal and written Communication skills to interact effectively with clients
- Customer Service expertise and the ability to build rapport with stakeholders
- Demonstrated success in Sales and meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a team
- Prior experience in sales or the clinical research industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred
