Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Inside Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by promoting assessment solutions and HR services to potential clients. The role involves lead generation, client engagement, and closing sales through virtual channels.
Key Responsibilities:
� Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and online research
� Engage with HR professionals and decision-makers to understand hiring and assessment needs
� Present and explain Thomas Assessments? products and solutions
� Convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified opportunities
� Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
� Maintain and update CRM with accurate client and sales data
� Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
� Conduct follow-ups and nurture client relationships for repeat business
� Collaborate with marketing and business teams for campaigns and strategy
� Provide regular reports on pipeline, conversions, and performance
Required Skills:
� Strong communication and negotiation skills
� Good understanding of B2B sales and consultative selling
� Ability to handle objections and close deals
� Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot, etc.)
� Target-oriented and self-motivated
� Excellent relationship-building skills
Qualifications:
� Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
� 1?4 years of experience in inside sales / business development
� Experience in HR solutions, assessments, or consulting industry is an added advantage
