About the Role
We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive with experience in SaaS sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, conducting product demonstrations, nurturing prospects, and closing sales for our SaaS offerings.
This role requires excellent communication skills, consultative selling ability, and a strong understanding of the SaaS sales lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound and inbound sales activities
- Conduct discovery calls, product presentations, and online demos for prospective clients
- Understand customer pain points and recommend suitable SaaS solutions
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Maintain healthy pipeline and accurate sales forecasting in CRM
- Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to improve conversions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS / software product inside sales
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities
- Comfortable with cold calling and virtual selling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in international sales (US/UK/APAC markets)
- Familiarity with lead generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.
- Exposure to SaaS metrics such as MRR, ARR, CAC, and churn
- Experience selling subscription-based software products
