We are hiring 2 Inside Sales Executives for immediate joining. We are an AI agency and software company helping e-commerce brands grow with AI videos, creative solutions, and brand visibility services.
We are looking for candidates who are confident in outbound calling, lead follow-up, CRM management, and closing clients on Zoom. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills and experience working with international clients.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate qualified sales inquiries.
- Follow up with inbound and warm leads from marketing campaigns.
- Schedule and conduct discovery calls and demo meetings on Zoom.
- Pitch our AI video and software solutions to e-commerce brands and business owners.
- Handle objections confidently and move prospects toward closing.
- Maintain proper lead records, updates, and follow-up activities in CRM.
- Reach out to prospects through LinkedIn, calls, WhatsApp, and email when required.
- Coordinate with the internal team for onboarding after deal closure.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, outbound sales, or business development.
- Strong experience in cold calling and lead follow-up.
- Good understanding of CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
- Experience in handling Zoom calls and client demos.
- Excellent spoken English and professional communication skills.
- Ability to speak confidently with international clients.
- Comfortable working in a target-based environment.
- Self-motivated and disciplined in a work-from-home setup.
Preferred background
- Experience in SaaS, software, digital marketing, AI services, or agency sales.
- Experience selling to e-commerce brands, founders, or marketing decision-makers.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and online prospecting.
