Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive located in Mohpa. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for contacting potential clients, understanding their business needs, and proposing tailored solutions to drive sales. Daily tasks include managing inbound inquiries, conducting outbound calls, setting up client meetings, maintaining CRM records, and developing sales strategies. The role requires collaboration with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and meeting sales targets. Regular analysis and forecasting of sales performance will also be a part of the responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in sales strategies, customer relationship management (CRM), and lead generation
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions
- Analytical abilities for sales forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis
- Experience with sales software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office suite
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets with a results-oriented approach
- Proactive mindset, self-motivated attitude, and a willingness to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the software or financial technology industry is a plus
- Ability to work on-site at the Mohpa location
