About The Opportunity
A dynamic leader in global B2B sales consulting and market-entry advisory, we empower mid-market enterprises to scale revenue across emerging markets—with a laser focus on India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. Our Inside Sales team is the engine behind high-velocity lead-to-revenue conversion, leveraging data-driven outreach, CRM intelligence, and consultative selling to unlock enterprise-grade opportunities for clients worldwide.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive outbound and inbound sales cycles from first contact to closed deal—owning full ownership of assigned territories in India.
- Conduct high-volume cold calling, email sequencing, and LinkedIn outreach to qualified prospects using sales enablement tools and battle cards.
- Qualify leads using BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) and BANT++ frameworks, scoring and routing hot opportunities to Account Executives.
- Partner with Marketing and Product teams to refine messaging, improve lead gen assets, and optimize conversion funnel metrics.
- Maintain accurate, real-time CRM records (Salesforce/HubSpot) with call notes, next steps, and pipeline updates.
- Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets, activity KPIs (calls, emails, demos booked), and conversion benchmarks set by Sales Leadership.
